Yes I have used it during my postnatal confinement and it is such a great product!
The maternity pad is highly absorbent. I did not experience massive leaks other than little stains from when I am lying down to rest.
 
I appreciate its soft material gentle on the soreness of afterbirth and snap buttons fit nicely on underwear. Fabric is so easy to wash and stains come off conveniently.
 
I am happy I can reuse the pads for every month from now. It is a wholesome, good change from disposables.
 
The cute whimsy prints are a bonus 🙂
